To add a set of filter buttons to filter data source by filter rules (eg: by Status or Priority), check "Use Status Filter".
- Click "Add Quick Filter Rule".
- Select desired shape using the "Shape" drop down list.
- Select desired size using the "Size" slider.
- Select desired color by clicking on the "Color" selector.
- Using the green drop down list, select the field name for comparison (typically the same field as the column).
- Using the orange drop down list, select the type of comparison.
- Using the text field, enter the value for comparison with the field value for each row.
- Repeat until all desired rules are created.
- Rules can be deleted by clicking the red "x".
- Existing rules can be edited by changing the options to new values.
