The Help option is provided in most AppBoard Widgets. It allows the Widget administrator to provide a help icon to the end-user. If the end-user clicks the help icon, a message will be displayed on the screen in a pop-up window.

Configure the Help Option

Perform the following steps to configure the Help Option for a Widget:

  1. Create a Widget and launch the Widget editor.
  2. Check the Show Help box.
  3. Enter help text in the text box. Anything entered here will be displayed in a pop-up window when the user clicks the help icon in the header of the Web Widget.
