In addition to Creating Channels through the Content Manager, it is possible to create channels within the Web Integrations Explorer. One of the benefits of creating channels through the Web Integrations Explorer is that the channels can be Internal HTTP Channels. To create an Internal HTTP Channel,

  1. Hover the mouse over Web Integrations and select Explore.
  2. Expand Packages in the Explorer tree.
  3. Expand the package you wish to use and right-click on one of the listed classes.
  4. Click New Channel and fill in the Channel Name and Location.
  5. Choose whether the channel is an AppBoard or Web/Generic URL channel.
  6. Under Type of Pim, select an option for Pim and for Class, select PWTInternalHTTPChannel. Note: This class type applies to many, but not all, of the packages available in enPortal.
  7. Click Next and fill in any other applicable fields.
  8. Click Finish to save the channel configuration.
