Appboard/old/options/use filter

To add a set of filter buttons to filter data source by filter rules (eg: by Status or Priority), check "Use Status Filter".

  1. Click "Add Quick Filter Rule".
  2. Select desired shape using the "Shape" drop down list.
  3. Select desired size using the "Size" slider.
  4. Select desired color by clicking on the "Color" selector.
  5. Using the green drop down list, select the field name for comparison (typically the same field as the column).
  6. Using the orange drop down list, select the type of comparison.
  7. Using the text field, enter the value for comparison with the field value for each row.
  8. Repeat until all desired rules are created.
    • Rules can be deleted by clicking the red "x".
    • Existing rules can be edited by changing the options to new values.
