Support/obtaining a license


AppBoard, enPortal, and Integrations require a valid license file in order to work. To request an evaluation, or to purchase Edge software, please contact sales at sales@edge-technologies.com.

If license file(s) haven't been issued already, or if licenses need to be re-issued due to changes in the environment, then please contact support at support@edge-technologies.com. Also include the following information to expedite the process:

  1. server (primary) IP address
  2. purchase order #
  3. list of Integrations (PIMs and Data Source adapters) if any
  4. type of license, e.g. production, lab, failover
